Products and orders

Use the product description and garment measurements before ordering. Acid-washed finishes and screen colours can vary; your right to receive goods matching their description remains. Images labelled as digital mockups or AI campaign images illustrate the planned design.

Review sizes, quantities, delivery details and the full checkout total before placing an order. The final payment button places an order with an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent to your supplied email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you and refund payment for the goods we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

The displayed checkout currency, taxes and shipping charges apply. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Discounts apply only when their stated terms are met.

Delivery and withdrawal

See our Shipping & Returns for production and transit estimates, the return address, the withdrawal form and refund procedure. Jade Society remains responsible to you when we use production and delivery partners. Standard printed-to-order garments retain the EU withdrawal right.

Faults and complaints

Contact info@smidtbeheer.nl with your order number and a description of any problem. Photos can help us assess it. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not restricted by a supplier return window.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer remedies or court rights.
