Returns and withdrawal
EU consumers can notify us that they wish to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item arrives. Standard made-to-order apparel is not excluded from this right merely because printing begins after purchase.
Send a clear withdrawal notice to info@smidtbeheer.nl, or use the cancellation/return option in your customer account. Include your name, order number and the goods concerned. A clear statement is sufficient; the form below is optional. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee. You may inspect and try on the garment as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
For full withdrawal, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra charge. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them, whichever happens first.
Wrong, damaged or faulty goods
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us assess it. Your statutory rights are not limited to a 14-day defect-reporting deadline. We are responsible for resolving non-conforming goods; you will not be charged the necessary return costs for a valid defect claim.
